3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fizzmap a license to display and distribute your content within the app.

4. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fizzmap is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
