By using Fizzmap, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate others
- Interfere with the service
- Violate others' privacy
- Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
3. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Fizzmap a license to display and distribute your content within the app.
4. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Fizzmap is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by German law.

9. Child Safety Standards
Fizzmap is committed to protecting minors and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Prohibited Content & Conduct:
- Any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Attempts to contact, groom, or exploit minors
- Misrepresenting age to interact with minors
- Sharing content that sexualizes minors in any way
Age Requirement:
Fizzmap is for adults only. Users must meet the legal drinking age in their region (verified during registration).
Reporting:
Users can report safety concerns via the "Report User" feature in the app or through Settings > Report a Safety Concern.
Enforcement:
We review all reports promptly. Violations result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where required by law.
